The Denali National Park was founded in 1917 and total area consists more than 6 million acres (24.000 km2). The Glaciers are dozens of miles long here. The rivers in some places are even a mile wide and a huge number of various species live here. This park also includes the highest mountain in Denali Alaska, "The high one" in the language of the original inhabitants Athabaskan Indians. The mountain is officially known as Mount McKinley. Altitude is 6.193 m. The Denali national park seems so powerful here, because near massifs are only about 3.000 m high, so that is why the McKinley mountain look truly majestic here.
