Hue is a lovely historical city situated in central Vietnam. In 1993, it was one of the first vietnamese localities to be enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As a former imperial city of the Nguyen dynasty, it offers its visitors plenty of significant architectural monuments. Visit palaces, pagodas, or magnificent royal burial chambers.
The most famous sites are definitely the Imperial Citadel, the Thien Mu Pagoda & Tu Duc Tomb, the Imperial Fortress and the Forbidden Purple City. The charming city of Hue stretches alongside the Perfume River, cruised every day by ships transporting tourists to places of interest, such as the Thien Mu Pagoda.
